I ignite the common thread of learning in the human experience.

Nicole A. Harris, MSIDT

THE LEARNING SOLUTIONS ENTHUSIAST

Chief Learning Officer

“Life is for learning.” – Marvin Gaye

At Nicole Harris Learning Solutions, we know that learning never stops whether that is through virtual or in-person professional development workshops, e-Learning, or instructional materials, and more!

From our earliest memories of formal schooling to job training throughout our careers, learning is the one thing that follows us through all stages of life! Even for life’s essentials like driving a car or tying our shoes, we needed learning. That means, since learning is essential for both personal and professional growth, it’s not a matter of when or if we will learn, but how

We understand that not all learning experiences are created equal, and that’s why we are committed to GREAT learning, customized to your organization’s needs. But what makes GREAT learning?

Great learning goes beyond information; it enhances human performance. As The Learning Solutions Enthusiast, my mission is to design human-centered trainings, presentations, workshops, and instructional materials that ignite the common thread of learning in the human experience.

Welcome to learning that sticks!

What are clients saying?

  • “Nicole is a trusted facilitator. She is our annual presenter for the Center of African Studies’ Summer Institute on Africa. She succeeds mostly at providing practical strategies that can be implemented immediately after her talk. Through her partnership, educators all over the U.S. now infuse an African Diaspora curriculum in their classrooms.”

Dr. Agnes Leslie, Senior Lecturer and Outreach Director
  • “Nicole brought a dynamism to both the Frank and Story: GNV conferences. At the nationally-recognized Frank Gathering, she facilitated in a way that had people out of their seats, meeting the panelists, and physically mapping out solutions. I’ve worked with her repeatedly because she always delivers and makes a lasting impact on those who attend.”

Brandon Telg, Co-Founder of Self Narrate and Frank Leader
  • “Nicole is a fabulous woman who did an amazing job organizing and facilitating a globally-attended six week professional development program for other instructional designers, using my book as a resource. It was impressive to see her mobilize an international training audience.”

Julie Dirksen, author of Design for How People Learn
  • “Usually, it’s hard to pay attention in these sessions, but I could not help but pay attention, Nicole solved a
lot of my problems with this session.”
